空气中的湿度在45%-60%比较适合涂料的固化

当温度过低时,溶剂挥发和反应时间慢,漆膜就难以固化;提高温度,能加速溶剂挥发和水分蒸发,加速涂层氧化反应和热化学反应,涂层固化速度加快。但不能无限度地提高温度,因为温度与固化速度不是成正比的关系。固化温度过高时,固化速度没有明显地提高,反而会使漆膜发黄或色泽变暗。
When the temperature is too low, the time of solvent volatilization and reaction is slow, and the film is difficult to cure; when the temperature is increased, the evaporation of solvent and water can be accelerated, the oxidation reaction and thermochemical reaction of the coating can be accelerated, and the curing speed of the coating can be accelerated. However, the temperature cannot be increased indefinitely, because the temperature is not directly proportional to the curing speed. When the curing temperature is too high, the curing speed does not increase obviously, but it will make the paint film yellow or dark.
