| 1.环氧砂浆地板的素地基础情况 所在楼层情况： ① 地下楼层一般会有返潮，地板会有起泡、脱层现象。 ② 地下楼层应设防水层，要做防潮处理。 ③ 地面楼层应根据需要选择适当地坪。 ④ 基础层地坪：强度一般要求抗压强度≥20Mpa平整度在3mm/3m 以内，凹凸不平的楼层应使用环氧砂浆地坪。 1.
