1、首先将基面的油污清除掉，清除之后用低碱性洗洁精进行全面清洁。

2、打磨处理：对旧的环氧地坪地坪起壳严重的地方进行打磨处理，刷环氧地坪底漆，

3、开裂部位处理：针对基面开裂部位主要分两种，一是龟纹状裂纹，一般裂缝很小，但分布很致密。一般不需要特别的处理。还有一种是线裂状，一般裂缝纹成规则的直线形状，这种裂纹一般都是应为基面的沉降或者框架结构引起的。针对这种裂纹要进行特别处理，先用切割器进行v字状随裂缝切割，清理干净后，先刷上底漆进行底部封闭，然后进行环氧砂浆腻子进行修补。
