防腐环氧地坪工艺
Anti corrosion epoxy floor technology
1、素地处理：依素地状况做好打磨、修补、除尘；
1. Plain ground treatment: according to the condition of plain ground, polish, repair and remove dust;
2、底涂施工：将树脂按适当比例加入促进剂和固化剂，将素地薄刮一遍，增强表面附着力；
2. Primer Construction: add accelerator and curing agent into the resin according to appropriate proportion, scrape the plain floor once to enhance the surface adhesion;
3、铺玻纤布：将玻织布放置平整，全面铺设一道；
3. Laying glass fiber cloth: place the glass fabric flat and lay one layer in an all-round way;
4、环氧砂浆：将环氧双组份加入石英砂，用镘刀将其均匀涂布多道；
4. Epoxy mortar: the two components of epoxy are added into quartz sand, which are evenly coated with a trowel;
5、环氧腻子：用环氧双组份加入适量腻子粉，用镘刀将其均匀涂布多道；
5. Epoxy putty: add proper amount of putty powder with two components of epoxy resin, and evenly coat it with a trowel;
6、面漆施工：将调配好的面漆用镘刀或滚筒均匀涂布，完工后整体地面光亮洁净，颜色均一，无空鼓；
6. Topcoat Construction: the prepared topcoat is evenly coated with trowel or roller. After completion, the whole ground is bright and clean, with uniform color and no hollowing;
7、重防腐面漆：将调配好的面漆重复几道，达到重防腐效果；
7. Heavy duty anticorrosive topcoat: repeat the prepared topcoat for several times to achieve the effect of heavy-duty anticorrosion;
8、施工完成：24小时后方可上人，72小时后方可重压。（25度为准，低温开放时间需适度延长）
8. Completion of Construction: people can be boarded after 24 hours, and heavy pressure can be carried out after 72 hours. (subject to 25 ℃, the opening time at low temperature should be appropriately extended)
