Requirements for base surface of epoxy mortar floor
1，水泥基面牢固、结实、不起壳，应杜绝砂浆起壳现象，混凝土层与砂浆找平层最好一起浇筑。若先浇筑混凝土层，则要求砂浆层的厚度不低于40mm，对叉车道的要求则更厚。有关坡度应符合设计要求，允许偏差值为坡度的2%，并且不大于30mm。
1. The cement base surface shall be firm, firm and free from shell. The phenomenon of mortar shell shall be eliminated. The concrete layer and mortar leveling layer are best poured together. If the concrete layer is poured first, the thickness of the mortar layer is required to be no less than 40 mm, and the requirement for the fork lane is even thicker. The relevant slope shall meet the design requirements, with the allowable deviation of 2% of the slope and no more than 30mm.
2，要求表面不起砂，硬度高，没有水泥粉化现象。新浇筑的水泥砂浆层要充分保养。水泥基面平坦，无凹凸不平、蜂窝麻面、水泥疙瘩，其他涂料、乳胶漆、泡泡糖等残渣。

3，表面干燥，含水率小于6%，无油污，PH值应在6.0-8.0；水泥地坪养护期过后进场施工前5天，基层不能再用水冲洗或被湿润。
