六道工艺：基面清理；涂刷渗透底漆一道；涂刷封闭底漆第二道；环氧砂浆第一道；打磨清理；环氧砂浆腻子修补层一道；打磨清理；刮涂环氧面漆第一道；涂刷环氧面漆第二道。

基面处理专用打磨机打磨处理，对于重点比较差的地面，着重处理打磨掉混凝土表皮灰浆层，地面裂纹处理，用角磨机切割V字型沟槽，并清理干净里面灰尘,有机油有其他污染之基面,必须用化学方法处理干净,同时把裂缝及小坑小洞用环氧砂浆修补平整。潮湿的地方，必须烘干处理。
