底漆涂装
Primer painting
1.施工及检测用具：剥离附着力测试仪，长毛滚筒，毛刷，搅拌器等。
1. Construction and testing equipment: peeling adhesion tester, long hair drum, brush, mixer, etc.
2.检测检查：底漆干燥固化后，使用剥离附着力测试仪测试附着力是否达到控制指标（≥1.5MPa），若达不到期望指标，分析原因并处理。本处测得附着力也代表了地坪涂层系统对混凝土的附着力，作为验收分项之一。
2. Inspection: After the primer is dried and cured, the peeling adhesion tester is used to test whether the adhesion reaches the control index (> 1.5 MPa). If it fails to reach the expected index, the cause is analyzed and treated. The adhesion measured here also represents the adhesion of the floor coating system to concrete, which is one of the acceptance items.
3.项目管理：填写施工日记表和施工日报表。

3.施工方法：底漆涂装是基面处理后的第一道工序，这是地坪涂装中的重要的基础工艺。底涂施工前需确认基面已经达到施工要求，按照正确比例配制底漆料。要求选用高渗透环氧底漆，采用辊涂的方法施工，边角部位使用毛刷刷涂，涂装要全面，不能有漏涂现象，如果所涂区域底漆渗透发白，需要补涂底漆。
