原因1：漆膜干固时，由于有机溶剂沸点低，挥发快，挥发时会带走漆膜表面的温度，引起表面水汽凝结，出现一片片白雾，使漆膜失去光泽。

解决措施：在施工前，留意施工环境的温度和湿度，可在施工中添加适量防潮剂或丁醇类憎水剂。

原因2：施工环境相对湿度＞80%或漆膜、稀释剂中含水都会导致环氧地坪漆泛白。

解决措施：将场地相对湿度控制在70%以下，并防止溶剂或空气带入水分。

原因3：若在施工快干漆时使用过量的低沸点稀释剂就会造成漆膜发白的现象，严重的话还会引起多孔和细裂纹的问题。

解决措施：尽可能选用与快干漆配套的稀释剂，且注意稀释剂的用量。

原因4：施工环境空气流通不畅，且被涂物的温度低于室温。

解决措施：运用制热设备，提高室温；或引用热涂装工艺，在施工前将被涂件的温度提高至环境温度的110%。

原因5：使用品质差、挥发快的稀释剂。

解决措施：货比三家，选用质量好、挥发慢的稀释剂。或者选择水性环氧。
