环氧砂浆地坪基面要求
Floor requirement of epoxy mortar floor
1、水泥基面牢固、结实、不起壳，应杜绝砂浆起壳现象，混凝土层与砂浆找平层最好一起浇筑。若先浇筑混凝土层，则要求砂浆层的厚度不低于40mm，对叉车道的要求则更厚。有关坡度应符合设计要求，允许偏差值为坡度的2%，并且不大于30mm。
1. Cement base surface is firm, solid, can not afford shell, should stop the phenomenon of mortar shelling, concrete layer and mortar leveling layer had better be poured together. If the concrete layer is first poured, the thickness of the mortar layer is required to be no less than 40 mm, and the requirement of the forkway is thicker. The slope should meet the design requirements, the allowable deviation value is 2% of the slope, and not more than 30mm.
2、要求表面不起砂，硬度高，没有水泥粉化现象。新浇筑的水泥砂浆层要充分保养。水泥基面平坦，无凹凸不平、蜂窝麻面、水泥疙瘩，其他涂料、乳胶漆、泡泡糖等残渣。
2. It is required that the surface can not be sanding, with high hardness and no cement pulverization. The newly poured cement mortar layer should be adequately maintained. The cement base surface is flat, no uneven, honeycomb hemp, cement bumps, other paint, latex paint, bubble gum and other residues.
