环氧砂浆地坪漆施工地面要求

1、水泥基面牢固、结实、不起壳，杜绝砂浆起壳现象，最好混凝土层与砂浆找平层一起浇注；如果先捣混凝土层，则要求砂浆层的厚度不低于4cm，叉车道则要求更厚一些。

3.水泥基面平坦、无凸凹不平、蜂窝麻面、水泥疙瘩。

4.要求地面平整性不大于涂装要求厚度（用3 米直尺平靠）；

5.表面干燥，含水量小于6,保持地面干燥无油污,切记水泥地面保养期过后进场施工前5天,不能用水冲洗或拖把拖地.

6.地坪表面的PH值应在6.0~8.0

7.地面无油污、其他油漆、乳胶漆、泡泡糖等残渣；坡度应符合设计要求，允许偏差值为坡度的2%，并且不大于30mm。
