1，为使地坪涂料的施工达到良好效果，对于尚未找平的地面，施工前应首先施工水泥找平以进行找平处理。土建方找平时，在水泥初凝时，用专业地面机械对地面进行磨平处理。经过基层处理再涂装的环氧涂地坪的表面会更平整、光亮，使用寿命也会提高。

2，待水泥层干燥后（大约28D），用打磨机对地面进行整体打磨处理，使其表面平整，水泥毛细孔全部敞开。

3，对于有油污（食用油、机油）的基层，先用表面处理机喷洒于用水冲湿的地表面，反复擦洗，直到无油污为止。

4，对于碱性太大（PH>8）的基层，先用稀盐酸或者稀醋酸积极性中和处理，然后用清水冲洗。

5，对于潮湿的地面，通过吸水、擦干，太阳、灯照，热风机吹烘，使其含水率达到施工要求。
